All daily rides to launch and retrieval along the briefed route.

We are happy to book any accommodation for our pilots in advance, just pay on check out.

HOW TO BOOK

PAYMENTS

Once you decide when you'd like to come please complete the BOOKING FORM (at the bottom of this page).

We will pencil you in for the course you want and reply by e-mail.

Your place will be secured once the deposit or balance is received, payment can be made by debit/credit card OR via bank transfer, details by e-mail.

We work on a 'first come' basis, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an unsecured place for longer than 2 weeks. The rest of the balance is payable when either the week becomes 'FULL' & removed from the website or 8 weeks before traveling out. Whichever is sooner.

Please let us know when you have made the transfer, we will confirm by e-mail. Also it's important to put your name as reference with the payment so it can be easily identified.

CANCELLATIONS

All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposits paid for courses postponed due to COVID will be held on account, and used as credit for future courses and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the event of a cancellation we will be happy to issue an invoice for insurance purposes.

NO SMOKING POLICY

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

BASSANO DEL GRAPPA

If pilots wish to take advantage of our COURTESY shuttle from Venice Marco Polo please arrive between 1000hrs - 1400hrs. Flights out should be after midday to avoid early departure. However…

It’s straight forward to use public transport to get to resort. AIRPORT BUS to Mestre then a TRAIN to Bassano del Grappa. This costs around 17€ each way and takes around 1,5hrs. A taxi to Semonzo is around 20€, and takes around 10mins.

To Venice pilots can fly from Bristol, Gatwick, Leeds, Manchester, East Midlands & Edinburgh.

GREIFENBURG, DRAUTAL

Pilots can fly into SALZBURG and use public transport to get to GREIFENBURG-WEISSENSEE station, it’s around 60€.

However there is also an option to take advantage of our COURTESY transfer, fly in/out of VENICE MARCO POLO, if pick up is not too late & drop off is not too early.
It generally takes around 4hrs from VENICE to GREIFENBURG. So afternoon flights are preferred.
